Local Matters

We source as much produce and other ingredients as possible from Michigan farmers to keep the menu simple, fresh and local including:

BEEF – Schaendorf Brewing Company sources all beef items from the Schaendorf Cattle Company which sustainably raises animals with no added hormones.

PORK – We source Michigan-raised pork whenever possible as well as pastured-raised pork provided by Schaendorf Cattle Company.

CHICKEN – Our chicken is sourced from Otto’s Chicken, a family farm in Middleville that raises hormone and antibiotic-free chicken along with other locally sourced poultry products..

MILK – Fairlife is our milk of choice at the restaurant. That’s because none of this would be possible without our roots as dairy farmers. Today our milk is bottled in Coopersville and sold under the Fairlife brand.

WINE- We exclusively feature wines and products from Michigan.

BEER – Schaendorf Brewing Company is proud to produce a rotating list of craft beers made in-house.
