We’re a family of farmers, brewers, and food lovers who believes local can be more delicious.
Schaendorf Brewing Company is operated by the second generation of a local family dairy farm dedicated to providing customers with farm-to-table cuisine and handcrafted beer in a family friendly environment.
Built in the late 1800s, the site of our brewery has served many uses over the last century for the city of Allegan, including a car dealership, a meat market, and home to the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. It’s possible Allegan’s very first brewery was even in the same location!
We hope you come back often as we restore this unique historical piece of downtown Allegan to a place for the community to gather, sharing in good food and friendship.
